Join us at Duck Hawk Provisions for an evening of Napa Valley in six pours. Napa Uncorked is a guided tour of five of the valley's great AVAs, from the valley floor to the mountain and hillside regions, with each wine paired with a small bite chosen just for it.
The journey begins in Carneros with a Chardonnay and veggie pot stickers, then returns to Carneros for a Cabernet Sauvignon with brisket empanadas. From there we travel to Oakville for Cabernet with Reuben spring rolls, St. Helena for Cabernet with Black Angus mini cheese burgers, and Rutherford for an estate Cabernet with bacon wrapped pork belly, before a final stop in the Stags Leap District: Cabernet Sauvignon paired with an indigenous chocolate bar.
