Join us for Paella Palooza, a laid-back Spanish supper tucked into the mountains. We’ll start slow with salty little bites—Marcona almonds, olive salad, Manchego—and bubbles in your glass, then move into jamón y queso bocadillos and bright Albariño. The main event is a big, shareable pan of traditional paella (with arroz con pollo for shellfish-free folks), followed by silky crema catalana and a hit of sherry to finish. It’s a night for lingering at the table, trying something new, and pretending, just for a few hours, that our ridge line is a coastline.
