When Jason Dauble first saw the shuttered Cashiers Valley Smokehouse, he saw more than an empty building — he saw a chance to rekindle a community. What began as a simple renovation became a labor of love: transforming a local landmark into a lively blend of market, café, and wine bar.
Today, Duck Hawk Provisions hums with energy from morning to night — the smell of barbecue mingling with espresso, laughter, and lively conversation. It’s where old friends reconnect and new ones are made, all under one roof.
Our philosophy is simple: come for coffee, stay for champagne, and leave feeling a little more connected.
In the heart of cashiers
Outside, bocce balls roll, dogs lounge by the firepit, and neighbors share a glass of something good. Inside, it’s all about warmth, conversation, and the simple pleasure of being together.
